Part-Time Pros' (PTP) mission is to be a staffing firm that specializes in recruiting professionals who are seeking part-time employment and placing them with companies that have part-time needs. PTP is the
only staffing firm in Oklahoma recruiting individuals who are degree-educated or have equivalent work experience to work contract or part-time. PTP employs professionals from the following demographics: stay-at-home moms/dads who hold a bachelors degree or higher, early retirees seeking part-time or contract employment, highly skilled independent contractors such as engineers, IT professionals and executive professionals, and college students.
PTP's vision is to provide flexibility for its clients and to be a resource to professionals seeking part-time employment. PTP defines "part-time" as the desire or availability to work for any or all of the following alternative work arrangements: alternative hours, work environment (telecommuting) or contract work for a specified period of time. PTP mitigates the risk of a bad hire and allows a chance to "test drive" an employee before committing.
